Dr. Julianne Nemes Walsh, NP has been practicing as a nurse practitioner for more than 35 years. Initially practicing in acute care at Boson Children's Hospital before transitioning to primary care in 1996. Dr. Walsh, NP serves on several professional boards and has a special interest in quality and safety in pediatric primary care. Currently, she practices at Bridgewater Pediatrics and as an Associate Medical Director of the Pediatric Physicians Organization at Children's (PPOC).
Providing care to children and their families is a highly rewarding experience as a provider of healthcare. Promoting health and wellness and the delivery of evidence-based care are best achieved when all aspects of the patient and family are considered; physical, spiritual, emotional, cultural, and environmental. Listening and compassion are paramount in healthcare delivery.
